We have been serving the needs of arctophiles since 1996. Customer satisfaction has always been our prime concern. We would like to explain our privacy and security procedures to you so that you understand how we protect you as a customer.

Privacy & Security:

• Customer information is not sold, shared, or loaned to other companies.
• We do not send our customers any unsolicited email advertisments.
• We accept payment for our products by PayPal only.
• Payments are made by PayPal's electronic invoice service. You deal directly with PayPal.

Inventory & Shipping:

• We try to honestly represent each item in the photo(s) we take. If you have any additional questions, we will glady describe them to you or send you additional photos.
• All shipping is done via Canada Post, unless a customer wishes to pay for an alternative shipping method.
• Our prices reflect the fact that we are a virtual store - since we don't have the same overhead as a "bricks and mortar" store, our prices are significantly lower than other outlets.
• Our inventory comes directly from the manufacturer to us - our products are authentic and new.
